RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS and CONDITIONS

This RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS and CONDITIONS will be sent to you via email after checkout or with payment link. By accepting the delivery and the set-up of CoziMoon LLC Glamping Tent(s) & Equipment, you agree to the below Terms and Conditions of this Rental Agreement.

SET UP / TAKE DOWN

• SET UP and TAKE DOWN TIMES: We arrive to set up and take down Glamping Experiences between 8am and 6pm Fridays and Sundays. Exact times will be communicated via text about 1 week before the start of your rental period. Set up and take down can each take up to 1.5 hours for each tent. NOTE: The Naked Tent with Lighting can be setup and taken down on other days dependent on availability. 
• TENT LOCATION: We cannot set up on hard surfaces, hay, straw, sand, or new sod. We also do not set up in long grass or on top of animal droppings (pet poop, etc.).  Each 210 sq ft tent will need a 24' x 24' LEVEL grassy area, or mostly grassy area, free of long grass and pet poop. The 415 sq ft tent will need at LEAST a 31’ x 31’ LEVEL grassy area 
• ELECTRIC: CoziMoon provides a 100ft 12/3 SJTW outdoor, heavy duty 3-prong extension cord for the DVD projector and the portable air conditioner. In the event the homeowner does not have a 3-prong electrical outlet available, we will not be able to leave the DVD projector or portable air conditioner at the Glamping location. We will need to take those items with us when we complete the set up. NOTE: There is not a discount for not using certain items offered in our Glamping Experiences.
• HOMEOWNER/DESIGNEE: If the homeowner/designee will not be present at time of set up, homeowner/designee should send a photo or short video via text to Paula at (920) 373-0719 to let us know where the Glamping Experience is to be set up and which way the tent door should face. Location should be within 100ft of an electrical outlet. In the event CoziMoon does not receive the tent location information, we will place the tent using our best judgment.

PETS, SMOKING, and COOKING

• PETS: Please refrain from allowing pets in the CoziMoon Glamping tents. Future Guests may have pet allergies and pet dander and urine are not easily cleaned out of these canvas bell tents, pillows, blankets, rugs, and chairs. 
• SMOKING: No smoking in the tents (includes vaping, burning of incense, and any other item that will emit an odor, smoke, or aroma). Smoke, odors, aromas, and other scents are very difficult to remove from these canvas tents. 
• COOKING: Guests must not cook or allow open flames or flammable devices within or near the tent.

CAMPFIRES

When planning where to set up your Glamping Experience, please keep in mind that it should be at least 40-50 feet away from your firepit/campfire to help prevent damage to the tent(s) caused by flying embers.

PROLONGING EQUIPMENT LIFE

CoziMoon provides luxury Glamping Equipment for ALL to enjoy. To prolong the life of our equipment, please remind small children they should not play catch with the moon lamp/Bluetooth speaker, they should not pull and break the tent pole chandelier, they should not pull the plug on the back of the air conditioner causing puddles inside the tent, they should not chew on the DVD projector remote, and they should not place the DVD projector in the air conditioner puddle they created. 😊 Also, CoziMoon items can very easily get broken or get stained when taken out of the tents. Please refrain from removing CoziMoon Glamping items from the tent(s) during your rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, chairs, DVD projector, pillows, and blankets.

CLEANING FEES and DAMAGED, LOST, or STOLEN ITEMS

• I trust I will not need to collect a security deposit from my customers, but please keep in mind that a CLEANING FEE WILL APPLY (minimum of $280-$500), and invoiced separately, in the event a tent is damaged for whatever reason including, but not limited to, smoke odor and pet urine. If a tent is heavily damaged and needs to be replaced for whatever reason including, but not limited to, smoke odor and pet damage, an invoice for the cost of the tent ($1200-$2200) will be sent to you.
• In the rare chance of this happening, you agree to have the card on file be charged for ANY CoziMoon Glamping property that has been damaged beyond repair, broken, lost, or stolen during your rental period. An invoice would be sent via email in advance of your card being charged. If CoziMoon does not have a payment method on file, you agree to pay the invoice UPON RECEIPT.

OUT-OF-AREA CHARGE

This pertains to Glamping locations MORE than 60 minutes/miles (whichever is greater) from Omro, WI. You agree to have your card on file be charged to pay your OUT-OF-AREA CHARGE. An invoice will be sent via email in advance of your card being charged. If CoziMoon does not have a payment method on file, you agree to pay the invoice UPON RECEIPT.

REFUND and CANCELLATION POLICY

At this time, I am unable to issue refunds after a reservation is placed and paid for; however, in the event your reservation needs to be rescheduled by you or CoziMoon Glamping, we will be happy to credit your account and find a more convenient day to rebook your reservation that fits both of our schedules. 

TEXTS

CoziMoon Glamping does send texts to the phone number on file. The texts will be in reference to your Glamping Reservation(s). Texts may contain questions and information about the set-up times and take down times.
