Cancellation and Refund Policy

REFUND and CANCELLATION POLICY

To confirm your reservation with CoziMoon Glamping, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total reservation cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the first day of your reservation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Deposit: The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellations: 
  • If you cancel your reservation at any time after booking, the 50% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
• Rescheduling: 
  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. You may reschedule your reservation at any time, subject to availability. If the current reservation is within 14 days of arrival, a rescheduling fee of $75 will apply.
• CoziMoon Glamping Rescheduling: 
  • In the event that CoziMoon Glamping must reschedule your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or safety concerns, we will offer to reschedule your reservation to a mutually agreeable date, subject to availability.
  • If you choose not to reschedule, you will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the 50% non-refundable deposit.

Agreement:

By booking a reservation with CoziMoon Glamping, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Gift Certificate sales are final and cannot be returned for a refund.
