CoziMoon Glamping offers unique and luxurious glamping experiences. Are you, or someone you know, looking for a part-time, fun, fast-paced, outdoor, seasonal job?

Calling all Adventurers & Out-of-the-Box Thinkers in and around the Oshkosh area!

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team for a thrilling 2025 Glamping season at CoziMoon Glamping!

What you'll be doing:

•Traveling to and from Glamping sites on Fridays and Sundays from mid-April through mid-October depending on bookings.
•Setting up and styling Backyard Glamping tents on Fridays.
•Taking down and cleaning Backyard Glamping tents on Sundays.
•Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the Glamping sites, which includes cleaning tents, equipment, and washing laundry.
•Demonstrating superior customer service skills, treating clients and their property with the utmost respect, friendliness, and kindness.

What you'll need:

•Ideal availability: Mid-April to mid-October, but students (16+) and others are encouraged to apply for Fridays and Sundays in the summer months of June, July, and August. Both days are a must.
•Valid driver's license with clean driving record is required.
•Ability to lift 25lbs. (most equipment is typically rolled onto a dolly or wagon).
•Role requires frequent bending, squatting, lifting, pulling ground stakes, and the use of a hammer.
•Be a team player: We value a positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
•Versatility is key: You must seamlessly transition between leading, following instructions, and working independently based on the situation.
•Bonus Points: Flair for decorating and creating inviting spaces.

What we offer:

•Part-time schedule but must be available Fridays and Sundays anytime between 7am and 7pm. Shifts typically range from 4 to 12 hours, depending on the number of bookings and their locations. June, July, and August typically involve 16 hours per week. Occasional weeks may require up to 24 hours, but this is infrequent.
